I am reading Haruki Murakami's book these days. For him, there's different backgraound music perfect for cooking different foods: The Artist Formerly Known As Prince for lettuce rolls, Eric Clapton for mushroom udon, and Marvin Gaye for donkatsu. (Ok, I agree he has odd taste.) Anyways, so I am making instant noodle today. It's such a lonely dish that it only goes well with Brazilian music. Or NPR.
